Acting President Vladimir Putin appointed Alexander Voloshin head of the Presidential Executive Office 1999-12-31 19:30:35 In the morning, Boris Yeltsin signed a decree relieving Mr Voloshin of his duties as Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office. Mr Putin signed a decree appointing Mr Voloshin to the same post. The acting president also signed decrees appointing Igor Sechin and Dmitry Medvedev Deputy Chiefs of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office.
