In accordance with the international obligations of the Russian Federation, the Government has been instructed to pay the fees to the WorldSkills Europe organisation in 2018 in connection with the EuroSkills European championship of young professionals to take place in St Petersburg in 2022.
The Ministry of Education has been instructed to introduce proposals on awarding state decorations of the Russian Federation to medal winners from the national team representing Russia at the WorldSkills vocational skills championships, as well as other Russian citizens who made a considerable contribution to training the Russian national team, which won the first place scoring the most points and getting the most medals at EuroSkills Budapest 2018 in Budapest, Hungary, on September 26–28.
