Following the meeting of the Council for the Implementation of Priority National Projects and Demographic Policy on the 24th of December 2008, Dmitry Medvedev gave a number of instructions to the Presidium of the Council and to the Government 2009-01-13 09:00:00 The instructions relate, in particular, to the organisation of distance learning provision for children with special needs, to the development of legislation necessary for the creation of educational loans, to the improvement of school meals, to the growth in residential construction and support for demand in the housing market, and also for the implementation of regional agricultural development programmes for 2009.
