The Federal Law is aimed at streamlining the legal regime regulating temporary stay in Russia of foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving in Russia in a manner not requiring a visa.
The amendment introduced by the Federal Law limits the continuous temporary stay in Russia of foreign citizens who have the right to enter Russia in a manner not requiring a visa, to 90 days out of every 180 days.
