Helmut Moritz, professor emeritus at the Graz University of Technology, Austrian Republic;
Hideo Nagatsuka, executive secretary of the Japanese Organising Committee for the Russian Culture Festival in Japan;
Smail Chergui, commissioner for Peace and Security of the African Union and citizen of the Algerian People’s Democratic Republic;
Yasuhiro Yamashita, deputy provost at Tokai University and vice-president of the All Japan Judo Federation.
The Medal of Pushkin is awarded to:
Olga Vidova, director of the Russian Centre in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Republic of Kazakhstan;
Galina Vlasova, head of the Department of Philology at the Kazakhstan branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University;
Goretity Jozsef, director of the Institute of Slavonic Studies, Lajos Kossuth University, Hungary;
Yaroslav Melnik, assistant professor at the Institute of Philology at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Ukraine.
