The Agreement was signed in Moscow on March 22, 2013.
It will put in place conditions for developing and deepening contacts between the two nations, especially between businesspeople and people from the academic, culture and sports communities, that are better than the previous conditions set out in the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People’s Republic of China On Reciprocal Travel of Citizens of February 29, 2000, and other agreements on this issue, which henceforth lose effect.
