The Executive Order establishes that when entering contract military service with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies of Russian citizens who are soldiers within military administrative bodies and military formations of the Republic of Crimea, their military ranks, documents on education and performing military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military formations and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine that include military service and military administrative bodies and military formations of the Republic of Crimea are recognised as effective when presenting original versions of the relevant documents.
