The Agreement was signed on behalf of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan in Moscow on November 12, 2014.
The Agreement applies to relations pertaining to the protection of confidential information with participation by the Eurasian Economic Commission, government agencies of the parties implementing the competition (anti-monopoly) policy, legal entities and physical persons.
