The Federal Law establishes that a draft agreement on international and foreign economic relations to be entered into by a Russian Federation region should be approved by a relevant federal executive authority prior to its execution.
It also sets forth that state registration of agreements on establishing international and foreign economic relations is a mandatory condition for their entry into force.
