The Federal Law amends legislative acts of the Russian Federation with the goal of improving anti-corruption measures.
In particular, the Federal Law specifies a list of provisions prohibiting certain categories of individuals from opening or holding accounts (deposits), keeping cash or valuables at foreign banks located outside the Russian Federation, owning and/or using foreign financial instruments.
