Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On First Deputy Director of the Federal Service of National Guard Troops and Chief Commander of the National Guard Troops.
The Executive Order comes into effect upon signing.

Earlier, the President signed another Executive Order releasing Sergei Melikov from the post of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District.
