The Ministry of Healthcare, in conjunction with the Ministry of Media and Mass Communications, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance, the Russian Treasury, and the state corporation Rostekh, were instructed to develop an action plan (roadmap) for creating an analytical monitoring and control system in the sphere of procurement of medicines for state and municipal needs, drafting a list of appropriate legal acts; to develop information processing methods within the analytical system; and to develop technical requirements for the that system.
The Russian Government was instructed to ensure that the draft technical requirements for the information analysis system and for finalising the single information system in the procurement sphere are considered at a meeting of the Government commission for the use of information technology to improve the quality of life and the business environment.
