The Federal Law incorporated the results of the federal budget’s execution in the first eight months of 2017, and was also based on the projected results of the socioeconomic development of the Russian Federation and the execution of the 2017 federal budget.
Total revenue in the 2017 federal budget, as projected by the Federal Law, is 14,720.3 billion rubles, 41.1 billion above the amount specified in the Federal Law On the 2017 Federal Budget and the 2018–2019 Budget Plan.
Total expenditures of the federal budget will reach 16,728.4 billion rubles, which exceeds by 125.7 billion rubles the figure stipulated by the Federal Law On the 2017 Federal Budget and the 2018–2019 Budget Plan.
The federal budget deficit will amount to 2,008.1 billion rubles.
