In accordance with Clause 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On the Use of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President has issued a directive authorising the Restrim Limited Liability Company to purchase 49 percent stake in the authorised capital of the RTK – Network Technologies Limited Liability Company owned by Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy.
