The Agreement was signed in Moscow on May 9, 2026.
In particular, the Agreement stipulates that the Parties shall take further steps towards the creation of a single economic space, the improvement of citizens’ well-being and living standards, and the gradual transition to a unified framework for external borrowing and foreign investment.
