The President signed Executive Order amending the list of movable and immovable property, securities, stakes in the authorised (share) capital of Russian legal entities, and property rights subject to temporary administration. This list was originally approved by Presidential Executive Order No. 302 of April 25, 2023.
In accordance with the Executive Order, stakes and shares in Russian companies linked to foreign owners from unfriendly countries have been placed under temporary administration. These include stakes in Auchan, Le Monlid and Nestle entities, as well as shares in a number of logistics companies.
L.E.V. Management has been appointed temporary administrator.
