Law on ratification of Russian-Kyrgyzstani agreement on Kambaratinskaya-1 hydro power plant 2013-05-08 12:40:00 Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Building and Operating the Kambaratinskaya-1 Hydro Power Plant. The Agreement was signed in Bishkek on September 20, 2012. It stipulates the implementation of the project to construct and operate the Kambaratinskaya-1 hydroelectric power plant on Kyrgyzstan’s territory, as well as overhead power lines allowing for the export of electrical energy generated at the Kambaratinskaya-1 power plant to adjacent states.
