The President appointed Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev governor from the Russian Federation at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Deputy Governor at the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency. Andrei Belousov was released from said duties.
