Law on creating International Epizootic Bureau office in Russia 2014-12-02 10:45:00 Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratifying the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the International Epizootic Bureau on Establishing a Regional Office of the International Epizootic Bureau in the Russian Federation. The Agreement was signed in Moscow on March 6, 2014. The regional office is being created to carry out International Epizootic Bureau functions to fight infectious animal diseases. The scope of the regional office’s activities includes monitoring the epizootic situation, exchanging operative information and the latest methods for fighting infectious animal diseases, analysing and spreading scientific information about fighting infectious animal diseases.
