Law on supporting viniculture and wine production 2014-12-31 11:00:00 Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Federal Law On State Regulation of Production and Sale of Ethanol, Alcoholic Beverages and Alcohol-Containing Products and on Restricting the Consumption (Drinking) of Alcohol and Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation. The Federal Law is aimed at creating a favourable business environment for viniculture and wine production in the Russian Federation and improving the legal regulation of the production and sales of wine made from grapes grown in Russia.
