Amendments to certain articles of the law on coordination of international and foreign economic relations of Russia's regions 2015-07-13 19:40:00 Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 4 and 5 of the Federal Law On Coordination of International and Foreign Economic Relations of the Russian Federation Regions. The Federal Law establishes that a draft agreement on international and foreign economic relations to be entered into by a Russian Federation region should be approved by a relevant federal executive authority prior to its execution. It also sets forth that state registration of agreements on establishing international and foreign economic relations is a mandatory condition for their entry into force.
