Law to improve monitoring of activities of religious organisations with foreign financing 2015-11-28 14:20:00 Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law on Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organisations and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation. The Federal Law is aimed at improving monitoring over the activities of religious organisations, including with regard to detecting signs of extremism (terrorism) in the work of religious organisations receiving funding or other property from international or foreign organisations, foreign citizens or stateless persons. The Federal Law sets forth the procedure submitting by the said religious organisations of their accounts.
