New Federal Law aimed at improving legal regulation of Vhesheconombank activity 2017-12-29 14:35:00 The President signed the Federal Law On Amending the Federal Law On the Development Bank. This Federal Law is designed to further enhance the legal regulation of Vhesheconombank’s activity. The Federal Law further defines the goals of Vnesheconombank activity and functions, and takes into account the bank’s strategic development path, the procedure for the ba’s participation in the execution of projects (transactions) of state or strategic importance or vital to the economy of the Russian Federation, and sets forth the authority granted to the supervisory board and other Vnesheconombank governing bodies.
