Law ratifying Russia-Abkhazia agreement in the sphere of education and science 2018-12-28 12:10:00 The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia On Mutual Recognition of Education and (or) Qualifications. The agreement was signed in Moscow on December 18, 2017. It aims to develop relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia in the field of education and science and regulates the mutual recognition of degrees and qualifications obtained in academic institutions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia as a result of educational programmes certified in accordance with the law of each of the participating states.
