Amendments to law on precious metals and gemstones 2020-06-23 13:30:00 The President signed the Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law on Precious Metals and Gemstones. The Federal Law envisages creating a state integrated information system to control the circulation of precious metals, gemstones and products made with them at all stages of their circulation; and it identifies entities that are required to submit information to the said system.
