Orenburg Presidential Cadet Academy to be established 2010-08-31 11:00:00 Dmitry Medvedev signed the Order On Establishing a Federal State Institution of General Education, Orenburg Presidential Cadet Academy. The Presidential Cadet Academy in the city of Orenburg (Volga Federal District) will be administered by Russia’s Defence Ministry. The Government of the Russian Federation is instructed to draft and approve model provisions on presidential cadet academies.
