Law ratifying intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Sao Tome and Principe on military cooperation 2024-11-23 18:40:00 Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and Government of the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe on Military Cooperation. The Agreement was signed in St Petersburg on April 24, 2024. The Agreement aims to develop long-term military cooperation between the two countries and defines the areas of cooperation and its forms. The two countries’ defence ministries are the authorised bodies for the implementation of the Agreement.
