In accordance with para 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Spheres in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President authorised Joint Stock Company Best Solution to execute transactions to acquire 109,999,999 ordinary shares in Joint Stock Company Kuznetskaya Investment Construction Company, currently owned by COECLERICI COMMODITIES SA, as well as one ordinary share in the said Joint Stock Company, which is owned by Limited Liability Company Coeclerici Russia.
As per the Order, no other authorisations, decisions, consents (preliminary consents), approvals (preliminary approvals) or other authorisation documents required by the law of the Russian Federation are necessary for the above transactions.
