– Last name, first name and patronymic;
– Job title;
– Passport series and number;
– Date of birth (day, month, year);
– Place of birth;
– Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation number and validity (for foreign journalists);
– Expiry date of passport (for foreign citizens);
– Contact telephone numbers.
