Anyone can ask questions via the programme’s website moskva-putinu.ru (москва-путину.рф), or SMS or MMC messages to 0–40–40 or telephone at 8–800–200–40–40.
Questions will also be accepted via a special mobile application for the Android platform, which can be downloaded from the programme’s website.
Text and video questions for the President can also be sent via the social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki. The programme’s official groups are vk.com/moskvaputinu and ok.ru/moskvaputinu.
Questions will be accepted from December 1 until the end of the programme on December 14.
