The meeting was attended by representatives of the Federal Assembly chambers, federal and regional executive bodies, national public organisations of disabled persons, as well as heads of the Orlyonok and Alye Parusa children’s centres.
The meeting participants discussed the following issues: the implementation in 2022–2023 of a pilot project to provide services for comprehensive rehabilitation and abilitation of children with disabilities in the Sverdlovsk and Tyumen regions and the further expansion of this project in accordance with the Presidential instructions; organisation of recreation and health improvement activities for children with disabilities and children with limited health capacities in 2022–2023; review of the patient survey results on applying new rules for disability categorisation and proposals for their improvement.
Corresponding decisions were adopted following the discussion.
