Instructions to the Government concern purchases of medicines for state and municipal needs, amendments to laws on the contractual system for purchase of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs, and creating a catalogue of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs.
The Government, together with the Accounts Chamber, shall examine the expedience of establishing a single deadline for the coming into force of federal laws that amend laws on the contractual system for purchase of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs.
