The Federal Law is aimed at countering illegal migration.
To this end, money, valuables and other property obtained as a result of a crime committed for financial gain, related to organising illegal migration, shall be subject to confiscation, that is, forced gratuitous seizure and shall become state property based on the judgment of conviction.
