Amendments to the Law on the Rostec State Corporation 2025-04-01 13:15:00 The President signed the Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On the Rostec State Corporation for the Promotion of the Development, Manufacture, and Export of High-Tech Products. The Federal Law aims to enhance the legal regulation of the operations of the Rostec State Corporation. Pursuant to the Federal Law, the functions related to facilitating the activities of state intermediaries engaged in foreign trade operations involving military products shall be exercised by the aforementioned corporation, subject to such state intermediaries being joint-stock companies whose shares are wholly owned (100 percent) by the corporation. Furthermore, the corporation is vested with the authority to organise professional training and additional vocational education for its employees. The law also determines the procedure for establishing the supervisory board of the corporation and regulates the terms governing its activities.
