Strategy for Information Society Development until 2030 approved 2017-05-10 11:00:00 Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On the 2017–2030 Strategy for the Development of an Information Society in the Russian Federation. The Executive Order aims to promote development of a knowledge society in Russia. The Strategy provisions and implementation timetable are binding for all state agencies.
