The message reads, in part:
“Over the past three decades the university has firmly established itself as one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its graduates, including both Kazakhstani citizens and nationals of many other countries, work commendably in politics and public administration, in the economy, science, culture and education.
Naturally, this is an undisputed achievement of the university’s faculty which invariably has prominent scientists and experienced tutors who introduce most advanced teaching practices.
And, of course, it is hard to overestimate the role of Eurasian National University in developing Russian-Kazakhstani cooperation in education, which traditionally operates as a meaningful component of the bilateral relations of comprehensive partnership and alliance. It is here that the branches of our country’s two leading universities – Lomonosov Moscow State University and MGIMO University under the Russian Foreign Ministry – function effectively.
I am confident that the management of Eurasian National University and its entire staff will continue to work just as efficiently and tirelessly, while the university itself will continue to play a significant role in Kazakhstan’s system of higher education.”
