The Novorossiysk Cossack Cadet Corps of the Krasnodar Territory is the only five-time winner of the contest held by the Education Ministry under the aegis of the Presidential Council for Cossack Affairs. Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants and guests of the 15th ceremony. The banner was presented by Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Vladimir Ostrovenko.
