Food Security Doctrine amended 2025-03-10 20:50:00 The President signed Executive Order On Amendments to the Food Security Doctrine of the Russian Federation, as approved by Executive Order of the President of the Russian Federation No. 20 dated January 21, 2020. In particular, the doctrine has been supplemented by a new section titled The Strategic Goal and Key Objectives of Ensuring Global Food Security.
