Agreement with the Republic of Mali on extradition ratified 2025-12-29 08:25:00 The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on the Fundamentals of Relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Mali. The Agreement was signed in Moscow on June 23, 2025. Under the Agreement, the Parties will develop relations based on mutual respect for and safeguarding of their national interests, adherence to universally recognised principles and norms of international law, and in accordance with the purposes and principles of the UN Charter. The Agreement states that the Parties shall maintain regular dialogue and exchange views at various levels on issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
