Protocol on amending the Russia-Kyrgyzstan intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the sphere of crude oil and petroleum deliveries ratified 2025-09-29 15:00:00 Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law on Ratifying the Protocol on Amending the June 6, 2016 Russia-Kyrgyzstan Intergovernmental Agreement on Cooperation in the Sphere of Crude Oil and Petroleum Deliveries. The Protocol was signed in St Petersburg on December 20, 2024. The Protocol stipulates that temporary periodic customs declaration shall apply to the export of petroleum products from the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic by pipeline, in accordance with indicative balances.
