Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern subsidising automotive manufacturing organisations, supporting small enterprises, and opportunities for continued multifunctional use of stadiums built for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The Government, Defence Ministry and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District have been instructed to work with relevant organisations to assess the expediency of launching serial production of Il-114 aircraft on the basis of the OJSC Aviakor aviation plant for military and civilian aviation needs. Instructions to the Government jointly with Russian Railways and relevant organisations concern developing transport infrastructure in Samara Region, particularly railway infrastructure. The Government jointly with the Prosecutor General’s Office received instructions concerning environmental issues. Individual instructions were given to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities, Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, and the Bank of Russia.
