In his message Vladimir Putin highly assessed the active development of Russian-Turkmenistani relations in the spirit of strategic partnership and expressed certainty in the further expansion of bilateral cooperation in all areas, as well as the constructive interaction of the countries in regional and international affairs in the interests of the peoples of both states and in the spirit of strengthening stability and security in Central Asia.
