Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation deal with
restoring the budget allocations that were earlier envisaged in the 2015
federal budget for the construction (reconstruction) of transportation
infrastructure facilities: airports in Khabarovsk, Blagoveshchensk and Yakutsk
and an air terminal in Magadan within the framework of the Federal Targeted
Programme Developing Russia’s Transport System (2010–2020).
The Government received instructions to urgently consider increasing funding from the federal budget of the investment projects planned on the territory of the Russian Far East and the priority development areas to be created in the region, as well as funding for the construction of energy infrastructure facilities and seaports.
