Among the issues discussed at the meeting were ways to ensure public safety during meetings, rallies, protests and other public events, including sports events, interethnic relations, cultivating tolerance, combating extremism, and financing of the internal affairs agencies. Before the meeting, Dmitry Medvedev inspected new police uniform models.
