The message reads, in part:
“Over the past 25 years, building on the good traditions of fraternal friendship that unite the peoples of Russia and Belarus, we have made significant progress in fostering productive bilateral relations and advancing mutually beneficial integration efforts. The impact of these achievements can be seen, without exaggeration, in every aspect of our citizens’ lives.
Russians and Belarusians enjoy equal rights across the Union State, spanning from Brest to Vladivostok. Major collaborative initiatives in the economic, scientific, technical, and social spheres are being consistently implemented. Additionally, strong coordination in foreign and defence policies has been established, an essential necessity in today’s challenging international environment, as both Moscow and Minsk face unprecedented external pressures.
The expansion of Russian-Belarusian humanitarian cooperation, along with the preservation and enrichment of our shared cultural, historical, and spiritual heritage, holds undeniable significance.”
