Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of Agreement on Payment and Enrolment Procedures for Export Customs Tariffs (and Other Equivalent Tariffs, Taxes and Duties) When Exporting from the Territory of the Republic of Belarus Beyond the Customs Union’s Customs Territory Raw Petrol and Certain Categories of Goods Produced from Petrol.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 9, 2010.
The Agreement does not apply to the payment of customs tariffs with regard to raw petrol extracted within the Republic of Belarus and exported from the Republic of Belarus’s beyond the borders of the Customs Union.
