Yaroslav Shabanov – Senior Presidential Speechwriter;
Natalia Melikova – Presidential Speechwriter;
Tatyana Trubinova – Presidential Speechwriter;
Yekaterina Khutorskaya – Presidential Speechwriter;
Dmitry Zhuikov – Chief of the Presidential Directorate for Protection of Citizens’ Constitutional Rights;
Vladimir Osipov – Chief of the Presidential State Decorations Directorate.
