In his telegram, the Russian President gave a high assessment of Kazakhstan's achievements in the economy, social, cultural, and research and technology sectors, stressing the constructive role of the country in resolving many issues on the regional and global agendas.
Mr Putin specifically noted the positive dynamics in the Russian-Kazakhstani strategic partnership as well as the intensive political dialogue and practical interaction within the Customs Union, Common Economic Space, EurAsEC, CIS and other multilateral organisations and associations in the interests of both Russia and Kazakhstan.
