Vladimir Putin will receive the letters of credence from nineteen new ambassadors and permanent representative of the European Union

Following tradition, the ceremony will be held in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s Alexander Hall.

The following ambassadors will present letters of credence to the Russian President: Shawqi Fares Bu Nassar (Lebanese Republic), Abassalach Yussuf (Republic of Chad), Alamgir Bashar Khan Babar (Islamic Republic of Pakistan), Mario Saraiva Ngwenya (Republic of Mozambique), Ramon Antero Diaz Pereira (Republic of Paraguay), Ms Danae-Magdalini Koumanakou (Hellenic Republic), Marid Godinho de Matos (Portuguese Republic), Ismail Shafiq Mohsin (Republic of Iraq), Ms Indira Savitri Thacoor-Sidaya (Republic of Mauritius), Gabriel Sosa Garcia de Paredes (Republic of Panama), Juan Vicente Paredes Torrealba (Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela), George Kasoulides (Republic of Cyprus), Shukher Altangerel (Mongolia), Thomas Winkler (Kingdom of Denmark), Ms Astra Kurme (Republic of Latvia), Ron van Dartel (Kingdom of the Netherlands), Primoz Seligo (Republic of Slovenia), Eoin Finbar O’Leary (Republic of Ireland), Leidulv Namtvedt (Kingdom of Norway), and Vygaudas Usackas (European Union).

Presentation of the letters of credence to the President of Russia marks the official beginning of foreign ambassadors’ and permanent representatives of international organisations’ work in Russia.
