The 10th annual Forum’s theme is Industrial Cooperation. It is planned that a number of bilateral documents will be signed following the encounter.
Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev will also meet separately, and are expected to discuss topical issues in Russian-Kazakhstani cooperation, including within the framework of integration structures.
Annual meetings have been held in this format since 2003. The first was held in Omsk, following which the location alternated between the two countries. In 2012, the Forum took place in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan.
